I was expecting a grumpy inspector but oh my goodness, Future is laid back, fun, and charismatic. He is super thorough and genuinely passionate about what he does. We scheduled both a buyer’s inspection and a listing inspection on the same day, and he was kind enough to bundle them, which made everything so much easier for us. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with.

He could tell us the exact legal reason why certain items are considered up to code or not up to code, what issues were affected by the age of the home, and which ones were standard wear and tear versus things to address immediately. Futuristic Inspections did a great job with my home inspection. Being a first time buyer can be intimidating, however it truly felt like the inspector had my best interest and would explain what he found at a level that I could understand.
When I said I was skeptical about the roof although the inspector said it looked well, he still opted to have roofing professionals take a look for me.
